Women in the Channel Welcomes Three New Board Members

Industry leaders Stacy Conrad, Christina Curtis, and Rebecca Rosen will be joining the Women in the Channel board. The organization thanks outgoing board members — Laura Bernstein and Chris Wilson — for their service and dedication & welcomes Hilary Gadda as the new President-Elect.

January 29, 2015 – Santa Ana, CAWomen in the Channel (WiC, a grassroots, not for profit organization comprised of women channel leaders in technology, announced today that three new members have been selected to serve on the organization’s board. The new board members include Stacy Conrad, Vice President of Channel Sales at Fusion; Christina Curtis, Director of Partner Sales at Telarus; and Rebecca Rosen, President at Sales Enabled.

“We are looking forward to working closely with Stacy, Christina, and Rebecca, all of whom have been previously involved with Women in the Channel. Their insights and vision will undoubtedly enrich our organization,” said Nancy Ridge, president of Women of the Channel.

Stacy Conrad has been in telecommunications for more than 20 years, and is proud to have been in the Channel since 2001. Known for her outgoing personality, high energy, and desire to make her partners and employees successful, Stacy recently accepted a new role as the Vice President of Channels at Fusion, leading the sales channel team for a Nationwide Cloud Communications Provider. Previously she led the Channel Sales Team at MicroCorp, one of the largest Telecom Distributors, and also managed a sales team at Premier Global.

In her role as Director of Partner Sales at Telarus, Christina Curtis works with the top 20% of Southwest partners providing them superior leadership during critical transition phases. Her experience in the telecom industry began in 2000, when she joined MCI WorldCom. She also worked as both a Direct Sales and Senior Channel Manager for RealLinx, Inc. She has been an active supporter of Women in the Channel and has organized and presented two educational and networking events at the Telarus Partner Summit.

Through her consultancy, Sales Enabled, Rebecca Rosen helps technology companies improve the revenue performance of their sales teams. In addition to her participation in Women in the Channel, she is an active member of the Channel Partners Advisory Board, CompTIA faculty and National Speakers Association. She is the author of the Sales Enablement blog on Channel Partners Online and the book Social Selling and LinkedIn for Business Development.

Women in the Channel salutes the service of the three board members whose terms on the board have concluded. They include Laura Bernstein, the president and co-founder of CRA Inc.; Hilary Gadda, director of TelePacific’s telepartner channel; and Chris Wilson, President at DataTel Direct

Additionally, Hilary Gadda has been elected to step in the role of President-Elect together with Nancy Ridge.

Stacy Conrad has been in telecommunications for 20 plus years, and is proud to have been in the Channel since 2001. She is best known for her outgoing personality, her high energy, and her desire to make her partners and her employees successful. She just recently accepted a new role as the Vice President of Channels at Fusion, leading the sales channel team for a Nationwide Cloud Communications Provider. Previously she led the Channel Sales Team at MicroCorp, one of the largest Telecom Distributors, and also managed a sales team at Premier Global. Stacy started her career with 10 years at Cable & Wireless. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with her husband Mike and her two dogs Bandit and Buford. She is frequently boating and when vacation calls you will usually find her on a cruise ship.

In her role as Director of Partner Sales at Channel Partners Advisory Board, she works with the top 20% of Southwest partners providing them superior leadership during critical transition phases, developing a strategic growth plan that utilizes the core strengths of Telarus. With her unique perspective and outgoing charisma, Mrs. Curtis builds very close relationships with her partners to promote long term success and partnerships.

Christina’s experience in the telecom industry began in 2000, when she joined MCI WorldCom as a sales representative before shortly being promoted to Sales Supervisor. Gaining her insightful wealth of carrier knowledge, Mrs. Curtis worked as both a Direct Sales and Senior Channel Manager for RealLinx, Inc., where she consistently over-exceeded revenue quotas, grew enterprise clients, and built lasting partnerships that exist today.

Christina has been a mentor for Stacie Best and Amanda England, as emerging young telecom professionals. She encourages all women to participate in the Women in the Channel organization and has already organized and presented 2 educational and networking events at the Telarus Partner Summit.
