ABOUT CHERYL O’DONOGHUE

Cheryl was asked once if she considered herself an authority on emotional intelligence leadership. To which I promptly replied, “Oh, hell no!” So, how does she have the temerity to facilitate and create courses, as well as write three books on the topic? Because she’s not an authority. Because each day, without fail, she aspires to be a more emotionally intelligent human so she can lead herself more effectively, responding more appropriately and wisely to what other people and life throw her way, and in doing so, lead others more effectively as well.

Having said that, Cheryl has developed practical expertise in the field of emotional intelligence—in corporate, education, and community settings. Through her books, workshops, communications, and coaching, her mission is to take her thirty years of experience in working with emotional intelligence leadership to help make the topic more accessible, easier and, quite frankly, more interesting for you to understand and act upon.
