It’s all well and good to talk about empowering women to be successful, but the telecom channel is not without its success stories. Who are they? Where are they? And, how did they get there? These are women you know, employ and work with side-by-side every day. In fact, they might even be you!
To illustrate the point, Channel Partners invited six women channel leaders to tell share their stories about getting started, their experiences as business women, and the mentors and collaborators that have helped them along the way.
Together, they have more than 140 years of experience in the telecom industry and more than 60 in the channel. On average, each has 23 years of experience in telecom and more than 10 years in the channel.
While their perspectives and positions vary (some are channel partners and some are channel executives and some have been both), each has leveraged innate female-oriented skills, such as relationship building and multitasking, to excel in their careers.
