Phyllis is a terrific example of what it means for women to support women. She is the consummate cheerleader of the team, always ready with a positive attitude to give good feedback.
What is a specific example of what she did for you and when it happened?
Phyllis has been cheering me on from the moment I showed interest in my current role. She has been readily available any time I had questions or needed assistance.
What impact did her action have on you and/or your career?
Phyllis’ support has not only helped me to be successful in my role but has empowered me to think about my growth as a leader in our organization. Phyllis’ positive demeanor and willingness to help made the transition to a new role in a new channel much easier!
