ABOUT KELLI MCMILLAN
Kelli Ballou-McMillan is the Director of Global Partners at Five9, the leading provider of cloud contact center software, where she is responsible for creating equitable partner programs that enable, educate, and empower partners to sell cloud emerging technologies. With her leadership and strength in building strategic partnerships, Kelli has impacted the channel route to market success by exceeding her growth targets year over year. She is an experienced speaker and panel participant at key channel events covering cloud technology and DEI+A.

Kelli is a fearless DEI+A leader, always looking to aid individuals and organizations in building inclusive environments to improve company culture. Kelli serves as the Five9’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) Ambassador and co-leader of the BlatinX and Dialed in Crew Employee Resource Groups. In 2019, Kelli founded Xposure Inclusion & Diversity Council, a networking organization dedicated to elevating the culture and sustainability of the technology channel by curating an ecosystem of the industry’s top talent through diversity, equity, inclusion, and allyship initiatives. She is an active member of the Alliance of Channel Women DE&I Council and a recipient of the 2020 LEAD Award for her outstanding contributions to building out this group. Channel Futures recognized Kelli with the 2021 Channel Futures DE&I 101 Leadership Award and the 2022 Channel Influencer Award to celebrate her continued commitment, leadership, and innovation within the Channel Partner community.

A native Houstonian, when Kelli is not creating partner programs around emerging technologies or advocating for equitable communities, you can find her spending time with her two sons and family. She is an active board member with Blodgett Urban Garden (BUG) in Third Ward. At BUG, she builds awareness of the value of sustainable gardening, healthy eating, and community education.

ABOUT AKILAH MURRELL
Akilah Murrell is the Sr. Channel Marketing Manager @ Channel Maven, a division of 360insights. She helps leading tech companies realize their unique positioning in the marketplace. With 20 plus years in the IT industry, she has provided software solution marketers with the tools and insight required to develop targeted, relevant, and timely campaigns; including the creation of successful Channel strategies for Vendors and Partners.

Akilah currently serves on the board of directors for the Alliance of Channel Women, and she leads a mentorship group focused on advancing women’s careers and leadership roles in the technology channel. She is passionate about DE&I initiatives and was recently recognized and included in the inaugural Channel Futures DE&I 101 list.

ABOUT MAYKA ROSALES-PETERSON
Mayka Rosales-Peterson is the senior program manager for the managing partner program at AppSmart. Mayka is responsible for developing and scaling marketing initiatives for AppSmart’s top-tier, elite partners.
Mayka currently serves on the board of directors for the Alliance of Channel Women and is also the DE&I chair for the organization. She also serves on the Channel Futures DE&I board and is the communications chair for Xposure Inclusion & Diversity Council, a national organization dedicated to improving diversity and inclusion in technology.
