Michelle O’Gorman is Vice President, Global Talent Development at LogMeIn and is responsible for creating global HR strategies that focus on driving higher engagement and creating a learning environment where employees can learn, develop and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Michelle has prior experience working in all areas of Human Resources from HR Business Partnering to Chief People Officer, working in start-ups to high tech organizations in Ireland, UK and USA.

ABOUT POOJA PATANKAR
Based in Houston, TX, Pooja Patankar is a Senior Talent Manager supporting the Americas at CommScope. In her role she consults on all Talent Management related activities with business and HR stakeholders in the US, Canada and Central America region and also oversees significant improvement projects in the Talent Management and Organizational Development space, particularly in Organizational Design, Change Management and Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
With over 10+ years in Talent and Learning, Pooja has had the opportunity to work across multiple industries in various roles in HR consulting, Talent business partnering and over a decade of Talent Management, leadership development, organization design and change management. She started her career in change management consulting where she managed large scale global change projects and has been involved in all aspects of Talent management, change management, talent diversity initiatives, strategic talent planning, global stakeholder communication and training ever since. As part of Dr. Pepper, she led global leadership development initiatives and has since then also completed her certification as a leadership coach. In 2019 Pooja was awarded the DiversityFIRST leadership award from the National Diversity Council for her work in Diversity & Inclusion at Direct Energy.
