Alliance of Channel Women is highlighting women who are Living the ACW Pledge: Women Supporting Women. We’re seeking nominations from the channel community for women – from the mailroom to the boardroom – who embody the oath in their words and actions.

In what way(s) is your nominee an example of Living the ACW Pledge of women supporting women?
Alicia is an advocate for all the women around her. She is constantly helping others succeed and meet their goals. She will drop anything to help when you need her, regardless of how busy she is running her own successful business.
What is a specific example of what she did for you and when it happened?
Amidst end of quarter craziness, Alicia dropped everything to help me prepare for a large presentation for leadership. Being new, I can rely on her as a shoulder to lean on, and ultimately, she wants me to be successful.
What impact did her action have on you and/or your career?
She was part of the decision-making team for hiring me into my job now. She’s always there to help build me up and be successful. She leads by being selfless, compassionate, and deeply caring for those around her, especially the women.
