Women in the Channel is delighted to announce that we have just reached a significant milestone, as we welcome our 300th member, Sandie Osterhus.
A telecom veteran, Sandie serves as the vice president/director of operations for SOVA South, a call center dedicated to the sales of telecommunications services. In her role, Sandie handles the strategic planning and execution of all call center operations, along with providing continuous improvement of the customer experience. SOVA South’s parent company is SOVA Inc., a Verizon Platinum Partner.
In addition to joining WiC, Sandie has volunteered to be part of the Membership Committee where she will play a crucial role in recruiting and onboarding new members.
“I love the idea of women supporting women in our industry, both professionally and personally,” noted Sandie when asked why she joined WiC. “I’ve heard so many wonderful things about this organization from my SOVA and Verizon colleagues. I am thrilled to be an official member!”
And we are thrilled to welcome Sandie aboard! We look forward to working closely with her!
