IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CURRENT ACW MEMBERS:
We want to give current members advance notice about what to expect as we transition your membership to the new platform over the next few weeks.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON FRIDAY, APRIL 10
On Friday, April 10, you will receive an automated email from info@allianceofchannelwomen.org with the subject line: “Alliance of Channel Women Membership Cancellation Notice”
Please do not be alarmed. Your membership is NOT being cancelled.
This notice is a technical byproduct of our migration off our current membership platform and onto ACWConnect.
No action is required on your part when you receive the cancellation email. Your annual membership, including your existing renewal date, will transfer to ACWConnect exactly as-is.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON MONDAY, APRIL 13
On Monday, April 13, you will receive a separate email with instructions to activate your ACWConnect account. You must act on this email to access and manage your membership going forward.
Please keep in mind:
- Starting April 10, you will not be able to manage your ACW membership account until you have activated your account on ACWConnect.
- Your ability to manage your membership will be restored once you activate your ACWConnect account using the activation email you will receive on April 13.
- If you do not receive your activation email on April 13, please check your spam or junk folder first.
- For any questions or issues with activation, please contact us at info@allianceofchannelwomen.org and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
