Women in the Channel President Hilary Gadda of TelePacific Recognized as One of CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel

The women executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

Gadda oversees the success of the company’s agent channel. She has been instrumental in helping agencies and customers achieve success by aligning their specific goals and strengths through partnerships to realize tangible business results. Gadda helped the channel achieve triple-digit growth and has been a key enabler in its ongoing growth and participation in the revenue plan. Today, the channel contributes more than 45 percent of TelePacific’s annual revenues. Prior to joining TelePacific in 2001, Gadda worked at i7 Interactive, Teleglobe Business Solutions, Frontier Communications and MFS.

Gadda is president and co-founder of Women in the Channel and is currently serving on CompTIA’s Advancing  Women in IT (AWIT) Executive Council as well as their Vendor Advisory Council.
