Amy Bailey is the Founder of Unusually Unusual Consulting, an event production and marketing consulting company. Having worked in many aspects of the business, Amy brings a comprehensive knowledge of the industry landscape and communications outreach to provide targeted and effective results.
Previously, Amy served for seven years as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Telarus, the largest privately-held Technology Solutions Brokerage. She was named a Telarus MVP for her work in pivoting the entire marketing department in 2020. Before that, she was both channel manager and Vice President of marketing for VXSuite, a network monitoring software.
Amy is passionate about empowering women in business and enjoys mentoring students and young professionals. She is a current board member for Xposure IDC and Channel Futures. She is a past President of the Alliance of Channel Women and also held positions as Chair of the Sponsorship and Education committees. Amy is a graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Liberal Arts. While at SDSU, she also was Associated Students’ president. She enjoys knitting, hiking, country music and spending time on the water.
