How Rachel Schaeffer is Living the ACW Pledge: Women Supporting Women

Sep 27, 2022

Alliance of Channel Women is highlighting women who are Living the ACW Pledge: Women Supporting Women. We’re seeking nominations from the channel community for women – from the mailroom to the boardroom – who embody the oath in their words and actions.

Rachel Schaeffer, Global Director of Channel at SuccessKPI, was nominated by Emil Modugno, Head of Channels at SuccessKPI.

In what way(s) is your nominee an example of Living the ACW Advocacy Pledge of women supporting women?

She is a champion for women in our company. Leading by example and ensuring every voice is heard – especially those who do not feel empowered to bring ideas to our executive leadership team. She’s shown women in our company that their voices can be heard, are valued and need to be heard. They are critical for our future growth as a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What is a specific example of what she did for you and when it happened?

I’ve been so impressed with Rachel’s drive and perseverance; I requested she join my team from the sales organization to lead and develop my channel managers. Since joining my team, she has led by example and gone above and beyond to promote our newest channel manager, Jaclyn, and build her network of partners.

What impact did her action have on you and/or your career?

Rachel is an inspiration to our company. She’s always promoting her brand and supporting other women building their careers in the channel. She is personally mentoring two women outside of SuccessKPI, helping them develop their network of partners and vendors, and leading by example for other women inside SuccessKPI to follow.
