During his career, Steve has recruited and managed Partner Account Managers putting together competitive compensation plans to motivate remote personnel. He has set up distribution partners to better build a network of partners within a partner ecosystem. In addition, Steve has worked closely with Partner Marketing teams to expand the business into untapped markets with unique incentives designed to gain momentum and partner mindshare for lasting partnerships. He has been involved with creating training programs for sales and technical personnel to enable teams to competitively position cyber solutions, qualify for new opportunities, and support customers after the sale.

Mayka Rosales-Peterson is the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing at Intelisys a ScanSource Company, a national technology distributor. Mayka is responsible for leading partner marketing strategy, education, and enablement programs for Intelisys partners. Mayka serves on the Alliance of Channel Women (ACW) board of directors and is co-chair of ACW’s DE&I committee.
