Dear ACW Members,
As my term on the Alliance of Channel Women board ends, I am filled with gratitude, pride and a touch of bittersweet emotion. Serving this incredible organization, which has been a beacon for women’s leadership in technology, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life.
When I joined the board, I was drawn to ACW’s mission of empowering women to lead and innovate. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of our collective efforts, from launching mentorship programs that connect seasoned leaders with rising stars to spearheading initiatives that drive systemic change within tech companies.
One of my proudest moments was to mentor several rockstar women. Watching women step into their potential, support one another and achieve new heights is something I will carry with me forever.
To the members of this community: thank you for your tireless commitment to making the tech industry more equitable and inclusive. Your passion and resilience are the heart of this organization. While this is a goodbye to my role on the board, it is by no means a farewell to my support for ACW. I remain deeply committed to its mission and will continue to champion the work it does to ensure women thrive as leaders in technology.
Thank you, ACW, for the opportunity to contribute to something meaningful. The journey has been incredible, and I look forward to cheering you on from a new vantage point.
